Mercator Returns & Exchanges

At Mercator, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture; if an item isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and unassembled to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Mercator account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Securely place the items in their original boxes with all protective padding, ensuring the Return Authorization form is included inside the package.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
